These Terms of Sale apply to all ticket purchases for the Forge event organised by My Business Group Holdings Limited ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.

**1. Event Details**
Forge is an event organised and operated by My Business Group Holdings Limited.

**2. Ticket Purchase Options**

Customers may purchase tickets using one of the following payment options:

a) Paid in Full
The full ticket price is payable at the time of purchase.
Tickets purchased in full are non-refundable and non-cancellable, except where required by law.

b) 10-Month Payment Plan
Customers may choose to spread payments over 10 monthly instalments.
A surcharge of 10% will be added to the standard ticket price for use of the payment plan.
Monthly payments must be made on the agreed dates.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring valid payment details are maintained throughout the payment period.

**3. No Refunds and No Cancellations**

Except where required by law, all ticket purchases are final.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
No refunds will be provided for inability to attend, change of personal circumstances, illness, travel disruption, scheduling conflicts, or any other personal reason.

Where a payment plan is selected:

The purchaser remains liable for the full ticket balance.
Cancelling payments does not cancel the agreement or remove the obligation to pay the remaining balance.

**4. Missed Payments**

If a payment instalment is missed or payment fails:

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel the ticket;
Refuse entry to the event; and/or
Recover any outstanding balances owed.

Any amounts already paid remain non-refundable.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and valid payment methods are available throughout the payment term.

**5. Ticket Transfers and Resale**

Tickets may not be resold, transferred, or exchanged without prior written consent from My Business Group Holdings Limited.

Unauthorised resale or transfer may result in cancellation of the ticket without refund.

**6. Event Changes**

We reserve the right to:

Change the event date, venue, speakers, content, timetable, or programme where reasonably necessary;
Substitute speakers, sessions, or event elements without liability.

If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event date.

**7. Circumstances Beyond Our Control**

My Business Group Holdings Limited shall not be liable for any delay, change, postponement, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
 

• severe weather,

• venue unavailability,

• strikes,

• travel disruption,

• government restrictions,

• public health emergencies,

• illness,

• acts of God, or

• other force majeure events.

**8. Admission and Conduct**

We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is deemed:

disruptive,
abusive,
unsafe,
intoxicated, or
inappropriate towards staff, speakers, guests, or other attendees.

No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

**9. Photography and Recording**

By attending Forge, attendees consent to photography, audio recording, and video recording during the event.

My Business Group Holdings Limited may use such content for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes without compensation to attendees.

**10. Data Protection**

Personal information provided during the ticket purchase process will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws and our privacy policy.

**11. Limitation of Liability**

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Business Group Holdings Limited shall not be liable for:

indirect or consequential losses;
travel or accommodation costs;
business interruption;
loss of profits; or
losses arising from changes to the event programme, speakers, venue, or schedule.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

**12. Minimum Age**

Attendees must be aged 18 or over unless otherwise agreed in writing by My Business Group Holdings Limited.

**13. Entire Agreement**

These Terms of Sale constitute the entire agreement between the parties relating to ticket purchases for Forge and supersede any prior discussions or representations.

**14. Governing Law**

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
